Ancestry & Family History
I have fond memories of when I was a kid and sat around with the older folk just listening as they reminised and told stories. Then there were the times when I would go through old picture albums with them and see people who looked so familiar though I never had a chance to meet them. That has stayed with me and fuels the research I do and the artifacts I collect. Over time it has felt more important as the number of people in those older generations are dwindling and am I becoming one of those “older folk”.
